Savills Barcelona, during its eight years of life, has adapted to its clients’ needs and to the variety of their markets. In the last two years we have significantly increased our team with the creation of specialized departments for project management and architecture and retail investment, setting up also a strong industrial team.

	The Savills Barcelona office is located in the main business area of Barcelona, in the centre of the city and in one of the Barcelona's most emblematic buildings (Edificio Cuzco IV).		The Barcelona office actively participates in the main operations taking place each Quarter, reaching invoicing and activity levels that place it at the head of each line of activity.
