The Technical Department is formed by eight professionals, including two architects and five industrial engineers. All of them have extensive experience in Project Management, technical consulting and real estate management.
We study the operations of the companies to design their work spaces, with the objective of the space contributing to the successful growth and development of the organization. Our Fit Out services (or design and construction) cover the whole process, from the moment when the company decides to change offices until it is possible to actually move. We provide space consulting services that will allow us to know the client’s needs, design the architecture and installations project, process the licences, carry out the implementation works and offer.

- Technical Buildings Management
We manage 25 buildings for clients and German funds, such as: CGS (Commerzbank), DIFA (Deutsche Immobilien), Deka, INVESCO and Spanish clients, such as Pontegadea (Amacio Ortega), Omega, Riofisa, Familia Cort, Urbanizadora del Prat, etc.
- Project Management
Currently Savills manages various projects, differing from its competitors with the added value of being specialists in the Working Management of the buildings, for which reason our input at the project phase is much higher.
- Consulting
We continuously carry out technical audits for investors (mainly German funds) during the acquisition phase. Furthermore, in case they purchase during the project phase, we supervise the works and assure that they are being executed according to the project and to the purchase contract. We have extensive experience in auditing office buildings, shopping centres and logistics warehouses.
