The Investment team offers specialised real estate consulting services in the course of the acquisition and disposal of commercial property assets within the Office, Retail, Industrial and Residential sectors to both national and international clients.
We act as a consultant both in purchase processes, actively searching for investment opportunities in which to offer our financial advice and help in the analysis, negotiation and closing of operations, as well as in disinvestment processes in which we implement the sales strategy, carrying out marketing work, contact with the main investors, negotiation and closing.
Recent transactions include:
- Acting as a consultant to Colonial in the purchase of the Philips Building in Madrid, owned by TMW, for an amount of 100 million Euros.
- Acting as a consultant to UBS in the purchase of an office building in Josefa Valcárcel in Madrid, owned by CGS, for an amount of 28. million Euros.
- Acting as a consultant to HNA in the purchase of an office building, owned by the Mutua Madrileña, for an amount of 16 million Euros.
