The Land and Development team provides advice on all aspects of land and development. At the development level we carry out searches, analysis and leasing of buildings or complexes for their possible restoration, development or conversion to other uses or the search, analysis and land management in all its planning phases. At the land level, we carry out the searches, analysis and land management in all its planning phases, we lease development land and analyze and advise on residential developments.
The new team currently manages a portfolio of 500 million Euros in buildable residential land on the coast and acts as a consultant for developers for their commercialization in the foreign markets.
